It is setup on general settings to account for time zone.

What is the time stamp of data over comms?

BACnet and Modbus report output data according to UTC time zone and does not change or take into account daylight savings time.

How do you set the time and date on the unit?

The meter time and date can be set on general settings tab on the web portal accessible by USB. The power meter will not accept TimeSync service over BACnet.
