What happens if I forget my pass code?

If a passcode/pin is forgotten, the only way to reset is through a factory reset. All configuration information is lost when a factory reset is done.  

To reset the factory default:

1. hold down the <Back> <down arrow> <Enter> keys all at the same time for about 15 seconds.  
2. On the LCD monitor, it will tell you that the factory reset is in progress.  

This will wipe out all configuration settings, all stored data and the pass code.  Upon restarting, the unit will ask for new pass code when you try to login.  The calibration of the unit and serial number will be retained in the unit, however, after the factory reset.
