Does the power meter have an on-board termination resistor?

Yes – the power meter has on-board termination resistor on the 48 load unit via DIP switches.  The power meter is shipped from the factory with the termination resistor turned OFF.  The 48 load power meter also supports pull up and pull down resistors.  The 3 load and 12 load model power meters do not have on-board termination, pull up or pull down resistors.
