What Voltage Input do I select for the Power Meter?

For a 480Y/277V 3P4W load:

  1. 480Y/277V 3P4W load has 277V between each phase to neutral. Please select 4-Wire wye service type and enter 277V for expected voltage.

  2. In the Web Portal (Power Meter Data Manager): Setup > Voltage Input > click the voltage input selection dot (Vin 1 or Vin 2)

  3. In the Expected voltage on L1 (VAC) field enter 277. [Note: this is the voltage between L1 or A phase to neutral.] In the Service type drop down menu select 4-Wire wye, voltage scalar to keep it as 1 (default), and Service correction keep default (no correction or switch left)
  4. Click SAVE and then click UPLOAD TO METER to complete the voltage input setup

For a 208Y/120 3P4W load (208V or 120V):

Similar to previous answer. Select 2-Wire wye service type and enter 120V for expected voltage.
