Why is my SRPM/SRCM not alarming?

  1. Make sure the unit is NOT in standby (SRCM) or no isolation (SRPM). 
    1. The unit will only alarm in active (SRCM) or occupied (SRPM) mode.
  2. Check the alarm limits you have set 
    1. Is there an alarm delay set?
    2. Is there a dead-band set? 
    3. was the settings saved when initially inputted?
  3. For SRCM: 
    1. Check the type of room you have set your monitor to be
    2. Check the primary/secondary room settings 
    3. Check if there is a door open setting set-up
  4. For SRPM: 
    1. Check if audible alarm has been enabled
    2. Check mute time out setting
