What is the difference between dots and dashes on the FLEX?

Dashes: Issue on the BACnet side – incorrect configuration / object numbers / cable/wiring etc.  One can navigate to Diagnostics -> Logs to check if this is the case.  

Dots: Default value of the badge. If the source for a parameter is set as “NONE” in parameter setup, then this would show up. The other reason would be badge was not initially populated with data after bootup – this can happen mostly for onboard parameters due to sensor issues or an off board device that is not function (In house, we see dots on a badge where the particle counter is not on)
