Yes, the alarm only has one set point. If you have a negative room, you set the alarm where you want the alarm to trigger as the pressure increases and approaches zero differential pressure. If you have a positive room, you set the alarm to where you want the alarm to trigger as the pressure decreases and approaches zero differential pressure.
